Sandra Aghaizu serves as the Managing Director/Chief Executive officer (MD/CEO) of the company. She has over 15 years experience in the Hospitality industry in management capacity. She has for over a decade written software packages and solutions for so many Hotels including The Sanzak Place. She worked as a Software Developer in the University of Essex and the Guinness world Records as a Software Developer and Adjudicator, both in the United Kingdom (UK). She holds an LLB Hons (Law) degree and M Sc Information Technology. She also has other professional qualification like Microsoft Certified developer among other.

He has over 16 years extensive executive and managerial experience in the service industry and has served in the Board of many companies in executive capacities, Like Stallion Technologies Limited, Signet Health Limited among others. He has being with Sandzak limited from the beginning. 

He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM), Higher National Diploma in Accountancy and at level 2 stage of the Association of Chattered Certified Accountant (ACCA) studies
